Drying Fruits for Tea, Natural Dyes, Garlic Infused Olive Oil, Strawberry Keffir, Kimchi, Holy Leaf & Oregano Infusion, Sage & Curcumin, Tangerine Infusion
The evident theme for this collection is tea or infusions - from drying fruits to combinations to fight colds such as oregano, eucalyptus and tangerine. I'm amazed at how often oregano makes it's way into herbal kitchen recipes, particularly in South America. Being Christmas, oranges and citrus also seem to appear frequently, probably at time when we need vitamin c the most! There's also a great post on how to make kimchi, and a musing on the difficulties of making herbal dyes to colour bath bombs. Not all herbalism posts are strictly 'herbs' - plant medicine is broad, wide and deep!
IT's great to see both novice and experienced herbalists alike experimenting, concocting and generally being enthusiastic about plant medicines.
For each collection, we randomly choose two people (using an online random name picker) to recieve a small beneficiary as thankyou. These collections are designed to be an archive for future reference, and to bring abundance to the community to support herbal folk with upvotes.
