In many countries in Latin America and the world, marijuana is not yet legalized. It is a taboo to talk about the subject and in my opinion there is a long way to go before it is an accepted plant, despite the fact that so many benefits of silver for health have been discovered.
When we want to buy, we have to do it as a low-profile activity, to people who have the plant hidden in various places and many times due to this mishandling of it, the product that finally reaches the consumer is not the most optimal.
When I make my purchases, most of the time the herb arrives dry, which when assembled and smoked is quickly consumed and does not have the same potency as a fresh and well-preserved herb.
That's when I came up with a method to restore that freshness, in a natural way, and giving the herb a citrus aroma. I must clarify that this does not create any kind of mold, and everything is very well preserved.
For this process I use the shell of a lemon. It can be perfectly replaced by orange or tangerine shell. It is cut into slices, being careful not to touch the inside of the lemon, since we only want to use the skin.
The weed buns are separated to avoid dry pieces. On the other hand, the lemon shells are slightly bent to release that moisture they have. We want the grass to regain its freshness, not to get wet.
In a glass jar, place the pieces of lemon peel, alternating them with the marijuana. It should not be tight, on the contrary, there should be enough space between them.
Finally, they are covered and placed in a cool place, or as I do, I keep it in the fridge, since the weather here is quite hot.
*After 24 hours, the shells are removed from the jar. The time will depend on how much grass it is and how dry it is.
The change is significant and a freshness can be felt again when smoking.*
This is actually a cool post, and I am sure will be valuble info for a lot of people. Back in the day of when we got nothign but Mexiacan brick weed, we used to do this too. But we used orange peels, or flour tortillias.
I did not know that tortilla technique, thanks for that information and for the support. I really appreciate that you liked my publication. Greetings

That is a valuable and interesting post, thank you!
