What makes smoking weed victimless?

(I genuinely want to know, I was never interested in that sort of thing, but when I was in school it was the thing we're most warned against after AIDS and Tabacco.)

If I smoke weed (which I dont) it does not hurt you.

That's what the term of victimless crime implies.

  • Robbery, murder, assault, etc. all have a perpetrator and a victim.
