This is the LOLZ Defi report for 2/25/2022. This (will become - this one is manual!) an automated report. (Once automated) All liquid Hive from this post will be used to buy and burn LOLZ. Token earnings will be staked to increase curation value.
Discussion of Report
First congratulations to our two new headliners - @happyme and @imno! Welcome to the club and enjoy the dividends.
This post is still not an automated post, but we are pretty close to getting this post automated. As we said before, we will rotate the community tags to keep from spamming the tribes we are curating in. Today's communities include #weedcash and #neoxian as those are the two tokens that are included in our dividends for today.
No issues were noted with the farming or dividend scripts. You should be able to see your rewards in your wallets or using the Hive-Engine explorer.
What is LOLZ Defi?
LOLZ Defi is a way to earn passive income on the Hive Blockchain and includes three components.
- LOLZ Curation
- LOLZ Farming
- LOLZ Dividends
Each component works together to provide value to LOLZ users, delegators, and holders. Learn more about how LOLZ Defi works in our Introduction to LOLZ Defi post.
LOLZ Farming Basics
Farm LOLZ tokens by delegating Hive tokens to the LOLZ Curation bots (HIVE delegation coming soon!). We are rewarding delegators with LOLZ tokens equal to 110% of the value of the curation rewards received from their delegation.
To start farming LOLZ, delegate the following tokens to the associated curation bot.

Curation Earnings
The following table summarizes the LOLZ Curation earnings for the last 24 hours. The APR shown is calculated by dividing the daily earnings by the amount of tokens staked and delegated multiplied by 365 days. The APR for each token changes daily based on the earnings achieved. Note the APRs shown DO NOT include the 10% bonus paid to LOLZ farmers.

Dividends
Forty percent of curation earnings are paid out as dividends to LOLZ Headliners (holders of 512 or more LOLZ) on a pro-rated basis weekly. Currently, dividends are paid out for two tokens per day, such that all pool rewards are paid out once per week.
NOTE: The dividends for this first week are much higher than normal as the accumulated pool is being paid out this week.

Nice update, I like the farming rewards table. Maybe it would make the table a bit too heavy, but details of the rewards for each tokens in the third column could be nice too.
Still have the same question as yesterday: I don't see rewards sent from lolzbot to the few people delegating DUNK to lolz.dunk. But the curation you get seems to be close to 35%. What am I missing?

So I think things are working right. I checked marshmellowman https://he.dtools.dev/@marshmellowman?symbol=LOLZ and you can see he delegated 10 weed and earned 0.00152801 LOLZ.
From what I see, the problem only applies to DUNK and lolz.dunk. It's easy to check, there's only 2 persons delegating (well, I can see a third one now), and I don't see them receiving rewards from lolzbot for the DUNK delegations (they do receive rewards for other delegations). Again, I might be missing something obvious here
oops... I misread your question. It was about Dunk, not weed. And you may be right... it looks like Dunk isn't working right for some reason. I will check into that and see what is happening. Here is an !LOLZ for spotting that for me.

So the issue is that Dunk is selling for so low now (0.00000001) that when you convert that into LOLZ equivalent (5 dunk*0.0000001/approx. 0.05) it is too small to send. It should still be sending some, so there may be something going on that I need to dig into deeper, but certainly most of it is that the price is so low for DUNK right now. Which is a shame, I think it is a great tribe with lots of potential.
That's one the things I was suspecting, but with 8 digits, I was hoping it would not be exactly 0 LOLZ. Thanks for checking and confirming!
I agree, this is a shame, I like this dunksocial tribe and I've been there since it started. Will have to check what other tokens I may able to delegate.
