My Actifit Report Card: Juli 11 2021
Today a young lady asked me where to enter the castle and as I have never been there I joined her for a walk. There is no Castle but the view was great and we had a nice conversation.
I was out with my bondage rope and did some functional training as well ad some calisthenics.
In the evening I went for another walk and walked some numbered stairs at parc trussal 5x144 stairs up and down.
Unfortunately height is not measured here otherwise I would have a much higher ranking as I walk up the little hills several times a day every day.
I am getting ripped and fitter again after a few days of weight gains and rest. But i realized I was hustling a little bit too hard for a while and taking it slow is much better. Seeing the others training super fast I sometimes feel like speeding up but then I take a deep breath and realize that I train 3-4 times longer than them and much more in the end.
