So what do you do with your Kia while you're in PR? Just keep it at your friend's place? Can you ship vehicles to PR or does it cost a fortune?

It costs.. not quite a fortune.. but the car has to be paid off in order to leave the US.. We leave the Kia with Beth's daughter

I thought it was part of the US. When we were looking at Guatemala I checked having stuff shipped from Canada and it wasn't cheap but I figured you could drive it onto a boat in miami or something for a good deal.

It is a US territory, no federal taxes though as also no federal funds for welfare or stuff like that. If they ever vote to be a state and it’s passed by congress it would be so moronic. For the people I mean.
