Another thing you can do is buy some pill capsules, then you can put your recommended dose in the cap, and then just swallow a pill once a day. Thats sick that you found a great alterative to those nasty pills.

I have looked into buying the stuff to make pill capsules. It is a lot of work setting all of the pills up and then capping them. I think I might stick to just mixing it in drinks and food for now.
